Helping others reaching the summit

In January 2008, Suri Bartlett and Chris Day, long-standing Partners/Directors of KPMG Consulting and BearingPoint New Zealand, took over the consulting business of BearingPoint New Zealand, resulting in the transition of the consulting business to a new one.

I offered Tenzing as their new company name, along with a core philosophy - helping their clients reach the pinnacle in their industry, and a logo.

In Australia and New Zealand there are over 3500 companies that use Southern Cross as (part of) their name. One of them was Southern Cross College. In search for something new and distinctive I offered Alphacrucis, after the brightest star in the Southern Cross constellation. That, along with the branding I developed (including the look and feel and graphic elements for their website), gave the college the unique identity to set it apart from their competitors, and helps them achieve their ambitions.

Sunny side up

Asked to find a name and create branding for an Australian solar cell technologies manufacturer I ‘found’ Tindoz - tindo meaning sun or star in one of the Aboriginese languages.
